This blog appeared by Grace. For some reason, after I had written on my blog, Breathe Into the Light, this IALAC blog appeared with no explanation. IALAC stands for I Am Lovable and Capable. I learned about it in Resident Assistant training in college over 25 yrs ago. We all have IALAC signs, and when receive negative messages we tear away our IALAC signs, bit by bit. We are meant to nuture and care for IALAC signs through our actions in this world towards ourselves as well as others.
